Patriothall is a beautifully converted warehouse. Dating back to the early 1900's it was a stable block and workshops for the Co-operative society, before being converted to grade B listed residential flats in the early 2000's. Ten minutes walk from Princess St, yet very quiet courtyard. With tall ceilings and very large windows, a bright and quirky place to stay.

A great benefit is a FREE DESIGNATED PARKING SPACE in the gated courtyard, so never any worry of where you can park. Stockbridge is a vibrant community, full of bars, restaurants, shops, market and much more. Patriothall is unique courtyard off Hamilton Place, and very quiet with no passing traffic.

We aim to make it a home from home for all our visitors, and will go that extra mile to allow you to enjoy your stay.

Getting around

If you have your car with you and the FREE parking space we offer, then you can make the most of the beautiful scenery round Edinburgh, 30 minutes you can be in the hills, over the Forth Bridges, on the beaches, it really is a great city to explore the surroundings. If coming by train, either Waverley or Haymarket are 10 minutes away in a taxi, and Edinburgh Airport half an hour maximum in a taxi. Walking into the centre of Edinburgh takes about 10 to 15 minutes depending on your speed!

We try with all our guests to strike the right balance between letting you get on with your holiday, but at the same time be there for you if you need us, whether it be advice on where to eat, the best walks, or something to do with the apartment - we are always on hand to help, but will always stay in the background, giving you the freedom to enjoy.

House rules

All we ask is that you enjoy yourself and have a great holiday, but please respect our property and look after it as you would your own home. As we have neighbours in the property building and surrounding area, please respect them also.
The property is probably not good for young children, due to open plan nature of kitchen/living-room.
