This charming former farmhouse near the town of Lampeter in South Wales, sleeping eight people in four bedrooms.Aberdauddwr is a charming, former-farmhouse property set near the town of Lampeter in South Wales. With four bedrooms and a cot room, including one on the ground floor and one with an en-suite, the property can sleep up to eight. There's also a first floor family bathroom and a ground floor cloakroom along with a kitchen with dining area, a utility room and a sitting room with woodburner. Outside, there is off road parking for four cars plus a lawned garden with patio and furniture.
Amenities: Oil central heating with woodburner. Electric oven gas hob, oil Rayburn, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, 2 x TVs with Freeview, DVD, CD/radio, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel, power and starter pack for woodburner inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair. Off road parking for 4 cars. Lawned garden with patio, furniture and hot tub. One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 1 mile, pub 2 miles. Note: Narrow stairs. Note: Steps up onto lawned area and drop off this into lane, so children to be supervised. Note: As livestock in surrounding fields, dogs to be kept on leads when outside. Note: Farm sheds next to property out of bounds. Note :a charcoal BBQ can be provided by arrangement.

It also boasts a museum, a Welsh quilt museum and has a wealth of unique tea rooms, pubs and restaurants, regular markets and a fine food festival. Surrounded by beautiful rolling hills and rivers, the area is ideal for walkers, cyclists and nature lovers. From ancient castles to theme parks, Lampeter is a great base to enjoy a holiday all year round.
