NEWLY UPDATED FOR 2020 RENTAL SEASON!

This 3 bedroom, 3 bath condo is located on the upper level with a magnificent cove view and wireless internet! It features a Master Suite with a private bath, king bed, ceiling fan, TV and Blue Ray DVD player and access to the deck. The second bedroom has a queen bed, TV and access to the bathroom from the bedroom. The third bedroom has a private bath, TV, DVD player, portable stereo unit, king bed, full bed with a twin bunk and a twin/twin bunk and a ceiling fan. This bedroom also has a private balcony with 3 chairs and a child's mattress in the closet. The living room has a TV, VCR, Blue Ray DVD player, stereo system with Ipod docking system and a very comfortable queen sofa sleeper so this unit has 8 beds (especially good for golfers) and sleeps 8 very comfortably. A childs booster seat is available for use around the dining room table or can be used as a high chair.

The dining room table is round and has 8 chairs. There are also 3 chairs at the breakfast bar. The deck provides a beautiful view of the cove, has a round table with 8 chairs and has a south and east exposure which is important because you catch a nice breeze from 2 sides. It is covered so you avoid the hot sun and can enjoy it even if it is raining. There are also two chairs just outside the master bedroom door. Enjoy the 3 burner Charbroil infrared grill which has no flareups even when grilling at 700 degrees. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need. The utility room has a washer and dryer and a second refrigerator for additional storage of your favorite beverages. No more coolers sitting around.

Because we are an upper level unit we are located very close to the clubhouse, indoor and outdoor pool, indoor hot tub and sauna, playground, outdoor basketball court and indoor and outdoor tennis courts. Access to the water and boat docks is also very easy. We are very centrally located to everything. The Knolls complex also offers a waterfront boardwalk, lots of trees, game room, lake swim dock and a boat launch on site along with a boat trailer parking area.

How do damage deposits work?
