We invite you to come see why our family has been visiting Daytona Beach for many years and have now purchased this clean & relaxing beach-side home just steps from the World's Most Famous Beach!

A bright & spacious 3 bedroom 2 bathroom private house with a large family room leading out to an enclosed Florida room, which overlooks the peaceful backyard and in-ground pool (not heated). Brand new kitchen!

This quiet & private paradise is situated on an oversized lot with mature trees and Halifax River (Intracoastal Waterway) views from the front lawn. Just a short walk to an outdoor public fitness center, playground and tennis courts.

We offer many Resort Style amenities: Outdoor teak shower, sports equipment, beach chairs & wagon, DVD library, Board games, Ping Pong (table tennis) table, and more!

Beach Toys: We've got you covered. Beach chairs, wagon, cooler, sand toys, sports equipment and more here for you to use during your stay. Our beach access is at Van Ave Park.

“Clean, relaxing and fun!”

Upon arrival, we felt right at home! The garage is a game room and we enjoyed playing ping pong daily! It's not too far from the beach. Overall, we had a great stay!

Great place had a great time, had a little trouble with ants getting our cake, but all was good.place had everything we needed, plenty of parking,beds were comfortable, hopen to do it again next year.

How do damage deposits work?
