This is a recently remodeled 1 Bedroom Condo from Floor to Ceiling located on Myrtlewood Golf Course in Myrtle Beach, SC. King Size bed and a sofa bed in the living space. Dinning area and fully equipped Kitchen with all cooking utensils. Full Bathroom with tub/shower and a stackable washer & dryer. 2 TV/s with cable TV and with WIFI/internet include. All Towels and Linens provide by no daily maid service. Golf Course view from the windows. Only 5 blocks from the Ocean with public parking areas at the end of 48th ave. No motor cycle trailers or camper parking allowed. Must be at least 25 years of age to rent this property.

This complex is very safe and secure. There is 24 hour Patrol on the property. There can be no parties with loud noise insdie or outside activities after 11pm. There is a large out door pool located just out back of the condo with pool pass wrist bands provided inside our condo...This is a NO PET AND NO SMOKING UNIT. If you violate these rules, you may be asked to vacate the premises and there will be no refund...No Motor Cycle, Camper or Trailer parking allowed

Response from the owner Thanks for your comments. Glad you liked the mattress. Not sure about the furniture comment as we have not had any one make this comment before...The Ratan Furniture is typical tropical beach side furnishings used in this area with cushions for support when sitting. The Sofa is new and was just installed in March of this year. The Dinning Room furniture is only 18 months old as well and was purchased new....But thanks for your comments and glad you enjoyed your stay with us...
