**Car parking is not available at the property and is not available nearby because the property is located in the narrow road/gang.

The Villa is located in the prime restaurant and shopping district of Seminyak but with a true local feel. The villa is close to and in walking distance to many renowned restaurants and Beaches, but also close to some excellent local warungs which you don't want to miss out on experiencing. The Villa and its location is the complete package to give you access to what this wonderful location has to offer.

Due to the location of the Villa, walking is a great option, there will always be plenty to look at along the way. Although if you prefer, hailing or booking a taxi is also a good choice. There will be a mobile phone at the villas for such an occasion. We recommend Blue Bird Taxis as they are trustworthy, reliable and well priced. Should you require a longer trip or a day out sightseeing my Area Villa Manager can organise a private car and driver which is a much more economical and relaxed way to go. The other great benefit is that you can stop where you want and take as long as you like as it is your day. This gives wonderful opportunity to take some great photos that could otherwise be missed.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
