Description

This home is located in the eclectic North Shore neighborhood with lots of local restaurants, coffeehouses, bars, galleries and boutiques. Beautiful Coolidge and Renaissance Parks, overlooking the Tennessee River, are about 1.5 miles from the home. Coolidge Park serves as a venue for various concerts, festivals and special events throughout the year. In the park you'll find a fountain for water play, a 100 year old restored antique carousel, plenty of open green space, along with various restaurants and shops surrounding. While there, stroll across the world's largest pedestrian bridge (Walnut Street Bridge) where you'll find the best ice cream in town awaits at the Ice Cream Show on the other side!

The home itself has been newly remodeled. It features 3 bedrooms with spacious closets and 2 full baths. Amenities include: beautiful granite counter tops, Queen and full size beds, Flat screen TV's in the living room and all bedrooms, full sized washer and dryer, wifi, cable, electric heat and air, cookware and dishes.
