The villa consists of three pavilions enclosing a central planted area, where the pool also begins and runs on further through the garden towards the lawns, beach and the ocean. There are teak or marble floors throughout the villa and it is air conditioned in all the bedrooms, kitchen, dining and living room. There are also ceiling fans in all the bedrooms, living room, entertainment area and the sala. Each bedroom has a personal safe for guests to use. There is complimentary Wi-Fi Internet access at the villa and for their own choice of music guests can connect their iPod or computer to the stereo system situated on the verandah.

Entering through the villa's large hardwood doors, the L-shaped pavilion to the right is a sleeping area, with three large en suite bedrooms. Two of these are twin bedded, and one has a double bed. All bedrooms have walk-in closets and the en suites have marble vanity tops and both indoor and outdoor showers. A second pavilion to the left contains a spacious fourth master bedroom with similar en-suite facilities

In front is the long living pavilion, where first is the large, western style and very modern kitchen, with a central island feature. Behind the kitchen and approached from the garden is an outdoor bathroom. The huge living room has a formal dining area and a very comfortable lounge with grand sofas facing the 50” satellite LCD TV/DCD. The vaulted ceiling in the living area is exposed timber and this together with the teak wall panelling and natural colour scheme creates a very warm and welcoming environment. There is another guest bathroom at the rear of the living room. Glass doors slide away beachside to yet more seating and an entertainment area on the verandah where there is a built in bar counter, fridge and sink. The outdoor speakers and a portable BBQ for more casual dining options are here too, and just to the right is the pool, which has steps at its shallow 900mm end, and it deepens to 1600 mm.

The beachfront sala is beyond the entertainment area, looking over a grassy lawn towards the beach. It is furnished for comfortable relaxation, or for al fresco dining, and perhaps some Thai massage on the 4-poster double daybed. The lounge, outdoor entertainment area and the sala all have great pool and beach views. The entrance to the beach is at the end of the lawn, and to the left is a garden shower.

The beautiful gardens, pool and entertainment room set at the heart of the villa make this the ideal spot for social get-togethers, especially for those early evening sun-downers!
