This bi-level, luxury condo offers all the convenience and comfort of home for up to four people. Downstairs, you'll find the living room with cozy, gas log fireplace, dining area with table seating for four, and the pass through, fully equipped kitchen. A small snack bar with two stools provides extra dining space. A stacked washer/dryer is located in the kitchen's utility pantry. The downstairs bathroom has a shower (no tub) and is located off the entry hall. The entry hallway also has a convenient interior door that opens into the attached, single-car garage, where you can safely store your recreational toys..

Upstairs, you will find both of the bedrooms. One bedroom has a king bed, while the second bedroom provides two twin beds. The bedrooms share a Jack and Jill bathroom, which has a full tub/shower.

A private, outdoor patio, located just off the dining area, provides the finishing touch to this luxury accommodation. Here, you'll find lounge furniture, end tables, and an electric barbeque grill, perfect for a cookout after a full day of Moab fun!

“Relaxing location and great price."”

We were happy there with our 10 and 1 year olds. It isn't fancy but the layout with bedrooms upstairs worked well for the baby's napping schedule. Out the patio doors was a pretty area with a path on the golf course. During the winter, no one was playing so we could wander there with our baby. If you want to visit/ride the Slickrock trail, it was very convenient. The location was in a quiet neighborhood so it was relaxing and the view from the master was great!

Directions were very precise, easy to follow. We enjoyed our stay. It is so nice to have room to sit comfortably in the living area, and enjoy Visiting with our company. We enjoyed playing cards, the girls beat the guys. I have a request for helping your next guests: please supply something to place luggage on in the twin bedroom. You had coffee filters supplied for us,but it would have been great to have at least enough coffee for our first morning. We arrived late in the evening, and were not able to get to town for Groceries. We really did enjoy our stay, thanks. ☺

“Quiet and Private Condo”

We like staying in condos better than hotels because we like to have a couch to sit on instead of a bed to watch TV. For a three night stay we wanted to have a kitchen and this worked out great. We were able to buy breakfast foods so we took our time enjoying the mornings. The location was close to town and Arches NP and the view of the golf coarse was nice. The price was much better than staying at one of the local hotels. We sat outside at night behind the condo and looked up at the stars and the milky way. The pool was nice to have and private. The entire grounds and facility was well kept and quiet. The condo was not fancy but clean and the king size bed was very comfortable. We did suggest they need fans for the upstairs as it was warm at night. Don't forget you have to take suitcases upstairs. Lots of lizards, birds, chipmunks and rabbits to watch out the back of condo.
