Large Spacious villa, privately located the most traditional Cypriot village holiday that one will find anywhere on the island, providing an ideal holiday for everybody. The soft furnishings have all been carefully colour coordinated and attention to detail has been paid to the interior decoration with lots of little extra touches making it feel like a home. Satellite Television. WIFI Internet Access and Book Swap Corner. Outside, the large Dolphin tiled 10m x 5m pool with walk-in steps is surrounded by a spacious terrace with sun beds, umbrellas, Garden area to play or relax, Table and Chairs and barbecue. The swimming pool area is private and enjoys outstanding views of the surrounding countryside and Troodos Mountains.

On entering the Villa Maria you will see all modern conveniences include fitted kitchen with appliances, leading to a very large and open plan Lounge/Kitchen/Dining area which provides all comforts as well as many seating areas for relaxation and dining, also with Satellite TV, DVD player, Wi-Fi and Book Swap Corner.

The Master Bedroom has a 4 Poster bed with doors opening out on to the Balcony with amazing views of Troodos Mountains and Polis Bay. It also has an En-Suite with shower Bathroom.

Bedroom 2/3 are located on the First Floor with Twin beds and built in wardrobes and they share the main Bath/Shower room.

Bedroom 3 is ground level and features a double bed and built in wardrobes and located next door to the shower bathroom, accessed through the living room area.

Doors open out on to the front balcony where table and chairs are located for dining or relaxing with views to the pool/garden area and mountain scenery and distant sea. A staircase to the outside of the property leads you down to the patio and outside the large Dolphin tiled 10m x 5m pool with walk-in steps is surrounded by a spacious terrace with sun beds, umbrellas, Garden area to play or relax, Table and Chairs and barbecue. The swimming pool area is private and enjoys outstanding views of the surrounding countryside and Troodos Mountains.

A welcome pack is included in the booking, A travel cot/Cot Bed and highchair can be provided free of charge upon request. Wi-Fi is included in the rental rate. Air Conditioning is a local chargeable extra of 5.00Euro per unit per night.

This is an optional extra, you can either pre order this option and pay locally or wait until arrival to decide.
