Modern airconditioned one-bedroomed apartment located in the fashionable pedestrian area of Bisazza Street, just 30 metres from the Sliema high street shops (Plaza Shopping Centre, Accessorize, Monsoon, I Centre, Next and much more) and close to many restaurants, as also the cafeterias along the Sliema Ferries / Tigne Seafront promenade, which is just 60 metres away from the apartment. The Apartment is located on the first floor (no lift) of a small modern block of just five apartments. Accomodation comprises kitchen-living-dining area leading onto a small terrace equipped for outside dining for two persons and laundry room. The living area leads to a spacious double bedroom with walk-in wardrobe and luxury en-suite shower room. Amenities include internet wifi, cable television, a flat screen tv and dvd. Ideal as a pied-a-terre to enjoy the Sliema dolce vita and cosmopolitan atmosphere just 20 seconds walk from the apartment. The apartment also serves as a base from where to explore Malta: one minute walk to the nearest bus stop and one minute walk to the ferries crossing every 30 minutes to Valletta (length of ferry crossing Sliema to Valletta : 5 minutes). It is also ideally located for a beach holiday being Just five minutes walk from the nearest beach. The apartment is fully equipped, including bath towels, beach towels and bed linen. There are no extras to pay: the price includes water, electricity, airconditioning, internet wifi, cable television, free membership to a nearby communal pool (including use of sun loungers, umbrellas, poolside showers and toilets), bed linen, beach towels, bath towels and final cleaning. The apartment is very bright and airy, with a south-facing kitchen living dining area and terrace and it is located in a very quiet pedestrian street. Private parking is possible at a nearby parking complex at an extra charge of EUR5 per day.

Spent a lovely week in this apartment its in a lovely area everything close by ! Relaxing time and very clean with nice cool air conditioning too ! Will use again in the future and Anne (owner ) made us very welcome and helpful with great advice on surrounding area .

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.
