Amazing Property with Stunning Sea Views and Infinity Saltwater-Pool !

Very characteristic Finca with infinity pool and stunning sea views, located in an oasis of tranquillity and surrounded by hills. The property consists of a total of 5 double bedrooms all with air conditioning! There are 3 complete living areas which are all equipped with WiFi. The main house (175 m²) has air conditioning in all rooms: living room with luxurious leather lounge chair and flat screen TV SAT, dining room with large table and chairs for 10 people, fully equipped kitchen with gas stove, fridge / freezer, separate wine cooler, dishwasher, espresso machine, toaster, kettle, etc, 3 double bedrooms (one with sea view), 2 bathrooms with shower, 2 terraces with sea views. Besides the main house there is an adjoining apartment (45 m²) with air conditioning, private terrace with sea view, private entrance, living room with TV SAT, kitchen with stove, double bedroom and bathroom with shower (note: this bathroom has a rather low ceiling ). A path amidst fruit trees leads to an exterior apartment (56 m²), fully furnished with living/dining room, TV SAT, kitchenette, fridge, double bedroom, bathroom with shower and separate toilet. Guests at Finca Vistamar can make daily use of the fresh fruit on the trees. The swimming pool (11 x 5 meters) is filled with salt water and is surrounded by comfortable sun loungers and parasols, outdoor shower warm/cold, barbecue house with brick-built grill, refrigerator and a large solid wood table and chairs for delicious grilled meals with breathtaking views over the infinity pool and the sea. Evening lighting throughout the whole garden creates a cosy atmosphere.

Only 10 minutes drive is the beautiful natural port of Porto Colom with its historic old town, winding streets and brightly coloured fishing houses. Here you will find an original atmosphere, largely untouched by mass tourism and some very good restaurants by the waterfront with magnificent views. At the harbour is an ideal starting point for a recreational boat trip along the beautiful coast plus there are numerous sport facilities and only minutes away is the popular Golf Club Vall d´Or, tennis courts and a riding stable. Nearby beaches are Cala Murada, Cala Antena, Cala Marsal, Cala Sanau. The popular resort of Cala d´Or is a 15 minute drive with its' chic boutiques, shops, bars and restaurants and a beautiful Marina that is home to the prestigious yacht club and boasts a multitude of fantastic restaurants. The area also has 7 magnificent sandy coves with crystal clear water to choose from. The market of Felanitx on Sunday morning is recognised as one of the best in Mallorca and is definitely worth a visit.
