We welcome you to our home!

If you are looking for serenity and careless vacations near the sea Villa Folia is all you need!

Folia is the Greek word for "nest" and the name was given to the villa from a bird's nest, existing inside the house.

Villa Folia is located on the Southwest side of Skiathos island 10 minutes walking from Troulos bay, on a very spacious land of 5,500 m2 offering isolation and a very pleasant relationship with nature. The plot is home to many trees and vegetation and has direct access to 2 beaches.

Trips to the sea below can be done at leisure round the clock from the house; descend the steps to reach the first beach which is just in front of the house. The second beach is private, only accessible from the house and the sand is shaded by the imposing pine trees.

In the evening enjoy the sunset in the comfortable sun lounges on the sunset deck. Take a walk around the property and if you are lucky you might bump into the pheasant and the rabbit that inhabit the land!

The island of Skiathos is located in the northwest Aegean Sea. Along with the islands of Skopelos and Alonisos, they form a group named "Sporades" which is widely known for its beautiful sandy beaches and green pine tree nature.

Despite its small size, Skiathos has over 60, mostly sandy beaches scattered around the 44 km (27 mi) coastline. Some well-known that you shouldn't miss are: Koukounaries, Troulos, Banana, Asselinos, Lalaria, Megali Ammos, Vromolimnos and Mandraki.
