Stylish Tropical 2 bedroom 2.5 bathroom townhouse in a 24 hour secured newly built gated community in St. Catherine. The house offers all the necessary comforts to give you that home away from home feeling.
features Free WIFI, Cable TV, ample Free Parking and all the necessary features of modern living including HOT WATER, all fixtures/appliances small and large. The property also has a laundry room equipped with washer/dryer, patio and spacious yard.
The air conditioned Master bedroom is bright and airy featuring Queen size Ashley bedroom suite, hair dryer, linens & towels and a built in closet with an en suite bathroom.
The second Room overlooking the community is bright and airy featuring two twin/single beds, hair dryer, linens & towels and a built in closet.
Living room features, sofa that can also be used as a bed, Large Flat screen Television and DVD player. The Kitchen and dining area which leads to the rear patio features white goods and a dining set that seats four.
The rental is part of a development with social amenities including a football field, children's play area and tennis court. The popular Hellshire beach & Port Henderson area and famous Caymanas Golf & Country Club, Caymanas Horseracing Track are also within a few minutes drive. There is also easy access to Kingston & St. Andrew and to Usain Bolts Tracks and Records, Chris GaylesTriple Century Sport Bar and The Bob Marley Museum..
Guests have access to the entire property - We appreciate you will require privacy so once a booking is made the keys will be handed over to you and you will not be disturbed unless at request.
Note that the property features air conditioning in the master bedroom only and fans throughout
Car not necessary but recommended. Please note that you drive on the left in Jamaica.
