Unbeatable location: Inner city, Banff Trail, NW, Calgary. In 10 minutes driving to downtown(15minutes by C-Train). 17 minutes drive to Airport.10minutes walking to University of Calgary and C-train station, 7 minutes to Foothill hospital and Children's hospital. One hour to Banff national park.

This is one of the best communities in Calgary. It is safe and convenient to grocery store and shopping center. Cosy two bedrooms in the main floor house with private yard, 4 cars free parking space, the laundry is in the basement which occupied by two university students, basement is separate from main floor with another entrance, you need go down to basement for laundry.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

If Ellen (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
