Description

Our cottage is freshly renovated and very comfortable - you will be the only guests. It has plenty of storage place for skis etc. The kitchen has a microwave and double ring burner for cooking , fridge freezer and a dishwasher. The bedroom is spacious and sunny with a pocket sprung king size bed and luxury 100% cotton linen to ensure a comfortable sleep. There is a lovely outside area for BBQ's and the alpacas are never far away. We are close to the Queenstown cycle trail and within walking distance of several vineyards. Cycles are available for hire or free if staying 3 nights or more. Flat screen TV with Freeview and plenty of DVD's, books and games if you want to stay put. It is very peaceful and off the main highway but with easy access. Historic Arrowtown is 15 mins drive with a great selection of restaurants. Queenstown is a 30 minute drive. 3 ski-fields within 90 mins. We offer a weekly rate depending on season - please enquire.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I make changes to my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your booking page. To change your dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Henrik and Caroline (the owner) a message.

If Henrik and Caroline (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
