Directly located next to the Hilton Ocean Walk. Prime location for Dance & Cheerleader championships and Bike week action. Managed by Wyndham Vacation Ownership. Ocean front resort. Each unit has 2 bedroom and 2 full baths. Full Kitchen and Jacuzzi tub in every villa. I have access to multiple units on overlapping dates. If you do not see the date available in the calendar. Please inquire anyway.

This condo is part of the Wyndham Vacation Ownership villas. They are spectacular units with various views and updated amenities. The resort is Ocean Front and is located next to the Ocean Walk shopping area and Band-shell for concerts and events. I also have access to 2 and 3 bedroom units throughout the year. Please inquire for more details.the actual unit can vary in layout. All units are furnished the same. Pictures represent quality of unit not specific unit.We can get multiple units for same dates.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
