Description

Bird of Paradise Villa is a 150 square metre 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom luxury detached villa with a private pool located in the centre of Avgorou village.

Your first impression of this super-clean modern villa is that it is a bright spacious home from home. This swanky pad is fitted with all the modern conveniences - flat screen TV, wifi on both floors, large fridge freezer, washing machine, microwave. The soft furnishings give it a warm homely feel and the artwork finishes it off nicely.

The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with access to the roof terrace where you can enjoy beautiful panaromic sky views by day or night and alfresco dining. Both double bedrooms upstairs have their own balconies with seating areas.

The twin room on the ground floor enjoys its own wet room and overlooks the pool and garden. The private pool flanked by palm trees and Bird of Paradise plants is the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the sunshine in a peaceful setting. The outdoor BBQ and fully stocked kitchen allows for effortless entertainment in the open plan living room and around the pool.

“Lovely villa in a lovely location.”

Great villa with all the amenities you need,supermarket right opposite and a couple of cracking little tavernas(salute cafe bar being one). I travelled with my wife,two daughters and granddaughter,so the three bathrooms were a godsend. The pool is fantastic,the balconies spacious,and water dispenser a great idea.

“Birds of paradise villa”

We stayed at this villa for 3 weeks from the end of July. There was 5 of us staying myself and my husband and our 3 children aged 12, 4 and 3. Firstly I'd like to say Jimi the owner was great from the start, we has contact before we went and a minor issue with the pool whilst we were there that he sorted straight away and kept in contact from there after to make sure everything was OK. The villa is set in a quiet village which is perfect for anyone who likes a stress free quiet holiday. There is everything you could need to self cater and a wonderful bbq area outside. Directly opposite is a supermarket where you can get anything you could possibly need, there is a bakery,pharmacy and other small shops in the village which is just a couple of minutes walk. The beach is around a 15 minute drive as is Ayia Napa so a car is recommended. We all had a lovely holiday especially the children as they were happy to play in the pool all day. I would definatley stay here again and recommend it to friends, it's a lovely place for an affordable price for families.
