Three bed House with large terrace in a gated community. Beautiful communal pool set in tropical gardens with exotic planting. Sleeps 7 comfortably.

300 metres from San Cristobal beach and bars

Own car port for one car.

Delightful 3 bedroom, 2 storey property. Sleeps 7 comfortably; 2 double bedrooms and 1 bedroom with single bunk beds that sleep 3. A sofa bed in the living room is easily adapted to use as a double bed and a further single bed can be added to the master bedroom If required to sleep ten. One or two couples would enjoy this property too as every room is easily accessible. Air conditioning in all bedrooms and living room. The house benefits from a large partially covered terrace with an additional wind - out shade, free wifi in all rooms and a car port providing parking for one car. Enjoy the communal facilities available in the tropically planted grounds of the complex. Swimming pool, padel tennis court (rackets and balls provided), gym and toddlers playground. San Cristobal sandy beach, restaurants and bars are just a few minutes walk down the hill and a large supermarket is just 2 minutes by car ( 7 mins walk) . A Local bus at the end of the road takes you into the old town. Lovely romantic setting for couples and family friendly too.
