This recently renovated penthouse offers awe inspiring panoramic views with its open floor plan and walls of glass. Take in the beauty of the Pacific NW's water and mountains from this luxurious urban perch. With 1000+ Sq Ft of living space and 2 bathrooms it easily sleeps 4 with King & Queen beds and can be expanded to sleep 6 with a portable Queen cot bed.

This is a dedicated vacation rental designed to provide guests with memorable experiences while enjoying the best of Seattle (check out our all 5 star reviews on other platforms). A fully stocked modern kitchen, designer furniture, air conditioning, high speed Internet, LED TVs, and professional design help to complete the luxury vacation experience.

Guests are welcome to enjoy all of the building's top of the line amenities which include an indoor pool, hot tub, fitness center, business center, club room, outdoor patio with BBQ, free reserved underground parking spot, and best of all a full Target store in the basement. This is ultra convenient during Seattle's infamous wet season. Put on your slippers and take the elevator down to pick up your favorite beer, wine, & groceries.

This high rise condo overlooks Pike Place Market which is considered the focal point of the city. Its a very safe neighborhood which attracts tourists and locals alike to come experience all of the nearby fine dining, live music, performing arts, and entertainment options.

How do damage deposits work?
