Description

Our guesthouse is located in the middle of Holland, so attractions can be reached very quickly and easily. Within 10 min. to highway A2 + A12. Close to Utrecht/Amsterdam/Gouda/Rotterdam/Oudewater/Woerden.

Detached bungalow in the polder with big terrace, free parking place, free wifi. 6 double bedrooms and 6 bathrooms so lots of privacy for each guest. Fully equiped kitchen. Bus stop in front of the house with straight line to Utrecht Centraal (line 107).

For reservations up to 8 people you'll have the whole ground floor at your disposal with a large living room, a fully equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Starting from 10 people, you also add the first floor containing a living room with kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
