Our peaceful town-home unit offers a spacious floor plan throughout the comfort of your home away from home. The location allows you to walk among the most beautiful trails allowing you to take advantage of Fairfield Lake which gives you a surrounding of 3600 feet elevation in the Blue Ridge Mountains of Western North Carolina, creating the most beautiful pictures . Our breathless scenery is picture perfect. Our four seasons are breathless. The colors are to remember for ever. Our snow falls are beautiful and the Skiing is wonderful. Our Summers are warm in the high 80's during the day and mid 70's at night.
All Guest must register at Community Center for amenities card. Required $2 per day per person. All over 14 years.
Note there is a pet fee of $100, must mention in initial inquiry when making reservations.
Sapphire Valley surroundings 5700 acres located RT#64,3-6 miles from Cashiers, and just 12 miles east of the Highlands.

2 Outdoor Pools, one large heated indoor pool,2 Saunas and 2 hot tubs. We have a game room with a Arcade,2 pool tables,2 ping pong tables. We have a miniature Golf 18 hole. We offer video rentals, we have 2 computers with printers, a Fitness Center a juice and snack bar. We have lockers and showers for your convenience. We offer Massages and Tanning Beds call for appointments and fees.
At the foot of our Ski Slopes a great 10,000 sqt foot Party and Meeting Facility. Offering 2 large meeting rooms, 2 activity rooms,a Banquet room,Catering Kitchen in addition to a reception area.

Offer a nature center,gift shop,2 TV lounges,signup available for special shuttle services to exciting excursions fees apply,We offer craft and art classes by appointment for a fee.
Our Fairfield Lake has a Boat dock and store offering boat rentals, Kayaks,Canoes,Motor boats and great Paddle boards all at reasonable rental prices. A real nice beach with chairs and lounges.
We offer fishing, don't bring your rods we rent them too.
Gem mining is so much fun specially for kids right at the rec center.
Park next to Recreation Center
You can jog, on our 1/4 of a mile vita track,play on swing sets, skate, play soccer, basketball, have a picnic and barbecue by the river. And even rent a bike at the rec center.
Also our Public Red Bird Golf Center is available 5 minutes away. In the winter we have our own Ski Slope with glider which is kid friendly.Tubing is always o available in the winter and the summer. We have a new Zip Line.
10 minutes away we have Cashiers Sliding Rock, that is a fun day. We have White Water Falls 15 minutes away. What a view.
Your stay includes a freshly clean unit.
We offer linen for sleeping 6 persons, fresh towels for 6 persons for inside unit use(bring your own beach towels for lake). Initial dish liquid,initial wash detergent for first wash, and initial trash liners.

First floor you walk in and you have hardwood floors throughout an open dining room and living room with an Electric Fire place.
This room opens into our balcony where you can enjoy the mountain air and a great mountain view, You can have your own private barbecue.
Then you have a full kitchen with service for 6 people.Dishwasher, etc. TV,DVD,Internet, WiFi and Basic Cable plus Smart TV with access to your favorite memberships ie, ROKU,SLING etc.
Join me going to the downstairs level. You have the Master Bedroom with King size Bed,dresser,TV/DVD with a beautiful sitting room patio right outside your bedroom all screened to enjoy fresh air and mountain breeze while sitting and relaxing. You have the bathroom area with lhis and hers vanity and sink and a great shower in tub.
The next room is our Guest Room which has 2 twin beds and also a private screened patio outside your room to enjoy the mountain breeze. It does connect with the master bedroom.
We have a very nice bathroom next to guestroom with stand-up shower.
For your convenience we have a washer and dryer, a/c and heating.
Plus you have a laundry room where you can do your wash while you relax.
Pets are allow, 2 dogs max, Pet fee $100(no cats)
Cleaning fee $125
Penalty for pet hair on furniture/beds.

Amenities card is required, your name will be given to the Community center to acquire your cards needed to present at every amenity location, there is a very small fee.$2 a day and a 3 day minimum.All persons 14 years of age must acquire one and pay.
We are 10 minutes from large supermarket, Mica's Restaurant casual and fine dining,fast foods and great antique shops just 10 minutes away.

If property is not left in good condition, no staining on furniture,rugs and property will be reported Trip Advisor. Animals can not be on furniture.
Very important for winter months, a tray will be at the entrance for wet shoes,this will avoid damaging the wood floors. Keep in mind if any damaged a fee of 200 will be charged to you
