We cannot rent to Graduating Seniors. What a deal for a week in North Myrtle Beach!! Beautiful 2 bedroom 2 1/2 bath townhouse. MUST BE OVER 25 TO RENT. Newly remodeled with new carpet and paint. King bed in Master with full bath, Queen Bed and bunk bed in Spare Room. Every Room has a new Flat Screen TV and wifi access. Living room has a big screen and pull out sofa. Fully stocked kitchen and outside area with furniture and outside shower.

Short 2 blocks to McLean Park with picnic area, 2 playgrounds and pond with walking trails.

1/2 mile walk to the beach, the back porch is golf cart accessible so you can rent a golf cart for the week and store it out back it is just a 2 minute golf cart ride to the beach
