Welcome to 'Saw Creek Escape', a very quiet forest home, nestled right between two creeks in lushly wooded settings.
In winter it's perfect for a simple and relaxing skiing vacation getaway.
In mid seasons it's an amazing place to rejuvenate while an observing rapid nature changes, meditating, hiking and biking.
In warm season it has so much to offer!
Come here and enjoy being surrounded by nature, the calming sounds and views of the rolling water, the birds, crickets, far away wind chimes, occasional forest rain, and frogs. Unwind in the bubbling Jacuzzi. At night gaze at the absolutely amazing stars in the deep clear mountain skies. Watch the various wildlife; curious deer at times are passing by, we have seen all sorts of wildlife here, even a mink. It's a perfect place for you if you are feeling tired, for healing yourself, for meditation and yoga.
If you need to pause, unlink and detach from the world, to recharge, to step back in time where it moves slower and there is plenty of it to take good care for yourself, or to JUST BE, this is exactly for you. It's a right choice for a long vacation or a weekend trip, to reconnect with self and nature, or for the time together with your special ones. You will feel right at home here.

Please be aware: if you are looking for a vacation place that is super modern, upbeat, fully connected with outside world, well equipped with all the techs & toys, and with a typical hotel style of service or settings, this is not for you! :)
Please know that if you are looking to throw a loud party this is a wrong place to rent. The neighborhood, the house, and surroundings are quiet and intended for peace and quiet. If you will be having a party, please be super respectful to the house, property and the neighborhood***. Thank you!
The house is clean and cozy. It's a basic country house, simple, perfectly imperfect, inviting, low-key, rather secluded and private. It has 3 bedrooms, loft with big skylight and 2 baths. Master bedroom upstairs has a queen size bed, tall ceilings, Jacuzzi tub for two and the balcony that facing the creek!
The first floor has two bedrooms with double beds and 2 extra cots, full bath, well-equipped kitchen and a dishwashing machine. The living room has a leather sofa sleeper double size bed with a loveseat, wood burning fireplace, and deck off dining area with the view of the Saw Creek stream. It is best suited for singles and small groups up to 6 people, even though it can accommodate up to 10 people.
The Saw Creek Estates is a tranquil, private, 24 hr. guarded gated community. It is located in the Delaware State Forest, right at the bank of Delaware River, near Bushkill Falls State Park. It's close to Shawnee (25 min.) and Camelback Resorts (40 min.) and about only 80 miles west of NYC (2:00 hrs.). It's very easy to reach from New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Newark airport (1:40 hrs.)
This resort style community is filled with amenities and activities to choose from, to which you will have full access to.
It's just a 0.5 mile walk (!!) or 5 min drive from home to the Top of The World Complex, there you will find a nice Restaurant with scenic view, Outside and Inside Swimming Pools with Hot Tub, Fitness and Weight Rooms, Indoor Tennis and Racquetball Courts, and even a Ski Slope with the Lift! :)

There are many other activities available off premises: Visiting State Parks, Scenic Trails Hiking, Rafting, Kayaking, Beaches and Boating, Exploring Caverns and Waterfalls, Pocono Famous Flea Market, Crossings Outlets Shopping, and more (see the list below). Simply up for a guilty treat? Would 24 flavors of soft served ice cream at the nearby mini shop do it?

• There is no phone and no cable here. We have 44 DVDs here and you can bring your own as well. If you really-really want cable we can arrange it at an additional fee, simply let us know in advance.
• Basic Internet is available at no extra cost.
• Verizon Wireless has the best reception at this house.
• The dining area consists of the kitchen bar, portable folding tables, coffee table and outside deck dining table with plenty of chairs and stools.
• With your health and nature in mind, the house is painted with the finest quality Eco-friendly Aura paint. The color is 'White Vanilla' (of course :)...
• There is no well-developed public transportation; you will want to use a car.

“Wonderful girls weekend”
This is a perfect little house backing onto a creek in a quiet gated community. It was a Great little get away complete with firepit, grill, creek access, and deck. We had a wonderful time!

The set of rules contain the "house manual" and some rules and requirements by Community Office. They are meant to make your stay and experience as smooth possible. 95% of our guests are an awesome people and paying attention to them. Rarely there are some issues. Every single time it's when people simply neglect to read the rules, and then things get messed up. No one likes problems. Reading the rules takes 10 minutes. Fixing the issues could take unmeasurably longer for both sides. Does this make sense?
