LOVELY 3 BED / 2 BATH MODERN BUNGALOW .. on this charming holiday resort near St Agnes + Perranporth. Lovely bright new blue cladding fitted to this property.
The resort is set in acres of glorious countryside, so there is a wonderful feeling of space, and yet this is a lovely safe place for children to play and relax!
Lovely modern property, well equipped and decorated with a lovely coastal theme, with modern pictures of local beaches around Cornwall !
LOVELY FACILITIES ---- open from March to November. ..... RECEPTION will make a small charge if facilities are needed !
PLEASE NOTE : If access to facilities + Reception is needed, then £5 per guest is due before arrival --- On arrival at Reception, they will give you Facilities pass per guest.
Many guests do not require facilities and just want a great base in Cornwall.

This is a lovely friendly holiday site, the staff here are amazing ! ..... We also have other properties on this site .... So we can accommodate large groups of guests.

WE CAN SOMETIMES ACCEPT ONE WELL BEHAVED DOG. -- we would need to know about this in advance --we can only accept certain breeds- small charge applies --- Please contact us before booking if you wish to bring a dog -- as this is not always available. There are certain times when we can not accept a dog ..... especially is we have guests staying afterwards who have allergies.

The fully fitted kitchen even has dishwasher and washing machine. We really try hard to ensure that our properties are beautifully presented with a lovely seaside theme, this works really well in this property. We have so many guests who are absolutely delighted with this holiday property -- and the resort itself ......... We have a few properties here .......... ... There are great free facilities, indoor swimming pool and sauna, childrens play area, tennis, table tennis, entertainment for the children.......... so we are surprised by your negative comments about the resort! .............. the staff here are so lovely and really try hard to keep the children happy ........... my own children absolutely love it here ! ........ ....................... The furniture and mattresses are all very comfortable ...... guests are always delighted with everything about this property ! ........................... Im so glad that you found us to be great hosts, we always send free brochures in the post, and lots of great information about days out etc ---- to ensure our guests have a great stay and make the most of their precious holiday time together xxx ............................... You mention the exterior of the houses --- they are all pebble dashed ...... but your description as post apocalyptic setting is just ridiculous !!! ..............
