Description

This brand new fully renovated 1st floor two level house is a three bedroom and two bathroom house. It's elegant and contemporary mykonian style decoration makes a warm atmosphere. On 1st level there is a large living and dining room area with open plan kitchen which leads to a 28 sqm covered balcony with large sofa dining table and armchairs for up to 10 people which overlooks the swimming pool, also a full bathroom and one bedroom with queen size bed. On the second level there are two bedrooms one with queen size bed and one with two twin beds and a full bathroom.

The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, cooker with electric oven, microwave, dish washer and washing machine toaster, kettle, Bosch tassimo coffee machine for (espresso, capuccino, filter coffee etc), blender, juice machine, all type of sauce pans and dishes. .

The house has WI-FI internet connection and Satellite TV with international channels Also DVD player is available with variety of movies.

The house is very convenient and quiet because in the complex 80% of the residents are families and everything is within 3-4 minutes walking distance, the Ornos beach, Korfos beach, supermarket, bakery shop, pharmacy, butcher shop ATM, car rental hair salon, pastry shop. Also in our area there are a lot of restaurants and bars.

Ornos beach is a family oriented beach. The Korfos beach is ideal for kite surfing and wind surfing. The house is between the two beaches.

Mykonos town is about 4 minutes drive. There is a bus from Ornos to Mykonos town. The bus stop is a 4 minute walking distance.

Dressing: No toplessness and nudism.
No Noise or parties at the house and you are not allowed to invite other people that they are not staying at the house.
The place is not ideal for young people who want to make parties. If there are any doubts it is better not to book the house.
If these rules will not be followed there will be a charge as a damage fee.
