A stunning, larger than average, 5 Bed 4 Bathroom villa with a beautiful view of the conservation area at the rear as background of our private pool. All rooms in the villa are spacious. The villa is furnished and maintained to a very high standard.

The villa is located just off US 192 so very easy to travel to all the major theme parks. The villa has one of the prime positions on the 5 Star Bellavida Resort which is a safe, secure gated community. The are many shops and restaurants within the local area. And it is a very easy and convenient 5 minutes walk to the nearby 24/7 Walmart.

The villa is split over two floors which makes it ideally beneficial for accommodating 2 families. The sitting room has 3 large sofas providing comfortable seating, and a large screen TV. WiFi, Ipod Docks in all rooms and ADT security.

The kitchen has all the necessary appliances and plenty of cookware for even the most accomplished of chefs and the dining room has a formal table for dinner, and an additional breakfast table. Also enjoy our dinning area and sitting space in our oversized pool deck, overlooking the unique conservation area where you will see lots of varied wildlife. There is also a gas BBQ.

The villa has it's own private pool, which if required can be heated.

The spacious master bedroom has a king-sized bed, ensuite bathroom, TV and direct access to pool. The second ensuite bedroom has a queen sized bed and TV. The third ensuite bedroom has a king sized bed. The forth bedroom with two twin bed and tv and the fifth bedroom has a queen bed and tv, sharing a bathroom in between.

Our villa has its own games room with pool table and table football, great for keeping the kids occupied. There is also a laundry room with washer and dryer.

Our local management team is always available to assist you with and needs you may have.

This villa has a high repeat booking rate, so please reserve early to avoid disappointment.

As a guest of Bellavida Resort you will enjoy all these facilities at the Clubhouse free of charge: one community pool, 15 acres of lakes, a cyber café, arcade, basketball courts and volleyball nets, television room, walking trails, picnic area, tot lot playground, and Italian gardens.

There is air con throughtout the whole house, but as you say not in the games room which was the garage when the house was built. To put air con there would be very expensive.
