Lake front location close to many attractions either by boat or car. House has lake front Patio Screen room attached to the house. Large Sundeck above the dock. Very large lower dock with docking for 30+ foot boat. Kayaks and paddle board available. yard has enough room for running around. Great swiming right from dock

I try to meet the Guest on the day of arrival to show you around the property and encourage the guest to take full advantage of the amenities. I am often out of area during the rental period but I do have a cabin on the lake about a mile away so I can be available if needed. I also have local friends and handyman service should there be a problem that I am not able to address

How do damage deposits work?
