Welcome to the Happy Island Rab and we want to make you happy staying in our beautiful, new, comfy and clean Apartments Sesar to feel more comfortable during your vacation.

Family or couple apartment Ivan for 2-4 people in Banjol is completely new, clean and modern decorated with a beautiful sea view from the private terrace on the 2nd floor. Guests have access to a private parking, place to chill or take a grill in the garden, the use of satellite TV and free Internet.

Air conditioned apartment has one bedroom with double bed, commodious living room with stretching sofa, modern kitchen equipped with cutlery, refrigerator, stove, microwave and machine to cook the hot water, dining area, private terrace so smoking is allowed outside, modern bathroom with shower cabin and toilet, an extra toilet, corridor.

Fresh toilet paper, towels and bed linen are included, and also we offer an extra baby cot.

House is located in a 5 minutes walking distance from the local beach, bars, restaurants, volleyball court, market and amaizing beach promenade „Lungo Mare“ for pedestrians and cyclists which is according 45 minutes walking or 15 minutes cycling to old town Rab (4km) and these moments are especially joyfull when sun goes down, but by car you are in center-old town Rab in 5 minutes.

Location is easy to explore the Island, other places, beaches etc. by car.

The entire island's tourism offer is characterised by superb cuisine in excellent restaurants, inns and taverns, bars, open air and closed cinema, excursions, events, sports, sailing and the hospitality of the local people. Along great island atmosphere, wonderful old town Rab and known beaches like Suha Punta, Pudarica, Paradise beach etc. in our apartments you will have pleasant feeling of being at home. With 30 sandy beachers Rab is a really Happy Island with a lot of tiny, picturesque coves, recognised by tourists from all over the world, great for the entire family and lovely couples.

New and comfortable apartments will make your stay more enjoyable. If you have any questions, concerns or wishes before and during your stay, please contact us. :)

HOUSE RULES:

Dear guests, we kindly ask you to read some of the house rules to make sure that you will have a pleasant stay and to prevent any misunderstanding.

-For a stay shorter then 4 nights price increased for 30%.

-We expect that our guests behave like at home, with love, care and respect toward the home.

-No smoking inside of the apartments, smoking is allowed only on private terrace of the apartment.

-Pets are allowed only with the permission of the owners.

-On the day of departure the guests have to leave the accommodation the latest at 10:00, in order that the owners have time to prepare it for the next guests arriving at 14:00. If it is possible to leave the apartment later that day we will inform you about that at the time.

-When you are inside of the apartment and while air conditioner is in use please close the doors and windows.

-When you are outside of the apartment please turn off the air conditioner.

-The guests have the obligation to leave the accommodation in the same condition as they found it, tidy and undamaged.

Response from the owner Dear Gerard, Thank you very much! :) For the wifi, it is Island ;), not the main big town, here is the conncection with land little bit difficult, we also here have to be carefull with water, current etc., but in living room which is wifi place and where is the air condition the connection is great.
