Relax, unwind and live the coastal lifestyle to the fullest in this oceanfront beach retreat. Enjoy the serenity of this area of the island, just a short drive away from Surf City’s many attractions. This beach house offers the best of both worlds with breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean and beaches, plus the Intracoastal Waterway! This 4 bedroom, 4 bath duplex offers all of this and more, with views from the living and dining areas, kitchen, and both master bedrooms. Top it off with an elevator for those who need assistance or just bringing in the gear and groceries. This seaside retreat is decorated with coastal style, with tasteful furnishings and beachy accents sure to make you feel like you are on island time! The first level features three spacious bedrooms, one king master suite, one queen, and one with twin bunk and twin bed. The second level features one master bedroom with a master bath. The fully remodeled and modern kitchen has all the necessities you could need, including, microwave, smooth top electric range, dishwasher and side-by-side fridge with ice and water. The dining room table can seat 5 people and the breakfast bar seats 4. The home features cable, flat screen TVs and high-speed wireless internet throughout.
