Villa Enjoy is the perfect house for those seeking a private, peaceful environment with sea views while being a short drive to a new luxury shopping centre, restaurants and cafes, and Dubrovnik Old Town.

The Villa consists of 2 fully furnished floors each with their private entrances. Perfect for families, groups of friends or couples, who seek a vacation with a quiet ambience surrounded by natural forest, olive trees, and a private beach only 50m away. Privacy is guaranteed while any needs are met promptly by the owners.

The Villa has two fully furnished floors including 2 kitchens, 5 bedrooms (max. capacity 9+1), 2 living rooms and 3 bathrooms.

Ground floor: 2 bedrooms, kitchen, dining area, living area, bathroom, terrace

First floor: 3 bedrooms (2 double; 1 single), kitchen, dining area, 2 bathroom, terrace

Maximum capacity is 9pax. If required, we can expand the capacity for special request.

The Villa is built with modern sound proof construction allowing guests upstairs and downstairs to enjoy their stay without interrupting each other. Perfect for families, or guests simply wanting some quiet time.

Upstairs leads out to a terrace with the ability to open up doors along the length of the house opening the living area and kitchen/dining area to access sea views and the beautiful Adriatic weather. The home is air-conditioned upstairs and downstairs for your comfort.

Enjoy BBQs and outdoor dining downstairs with olive trees overhead and beautiful surroundings.

Quality modern furnishings and appliances are used throughout including a plasma with cable TV, DVD player, and radio.

Feng Shui was used in the design and use of colors to ensure the best possible vacation experience.

High speed internet with secure wi-fi has been installed so all guests can stay connected with the outside world.

For your convenience we have 2 cellphones that can be borrowed to make local calls, each having the owner’s private numbers saved to ensure their availability for any of your needs. If you need a local SIM card and airtime for your stay, please let us know and we will arrange this for you.

We can also assist with any of the following to free you up and allow to fully enjoy your stay.

- Arrange airport transfers

- Arrange a rental car

- Book local tours or adventure experiences like sea kayaking, boat tours, fishing etc

If required we can take you to the local shopping centre to purchase groceries or Dubrovnik in our car for a small fee.

We are locals and happy to recommend local restaurants, cafes, places to visit, and even cook up some local Croatian delicacies upon request.

Perfect location, seaviews, private beach deck, pool and well informed helpful host. The villa is modern, very clean and convenient for trips to the coastal towns and Dubrovnik.
