Our second floor condo at Saida Towers III has 2 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms

Saida III 206 This is a lovely two Bedrooms /two bath condo that sleeps 6. This condo has a fabulous tropical view of the gulf and the pool! This condo has a King Size Bed in the Master (New Serta Luxury memory foam mattress with cool gel technology) , a Queen Size Bed i(New Serta Luxury memory foam mattress with cool gel technology) in the Second Bedroom, as well as a Queen Size sleeper sofa in the living room.

The modern kitchen is fully equipped with coffee maker, toaster, oven, stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, pots and pans and enough place settings and glassware for 6. Our beach condo also has washer/dryer, WiFi, and comes complete with all the towels (8 large bath and 8 wash cloths, 2 hand towels) and linens.

I also provide supplies for cleaning such as a broom and dust pan, vacuum cleaner and other items. If something is missing or if you encounter any issues at all, you will have access to my moble number so you can phone or text me 24/7 and I will take care of the issue immediatly.

Small non shedding well behaved dogs are allowed. Pet fee is $15.00 per day or $70.00 per week.

Saida Towers property amenities include 3 pools (one heated) , 3 hot tubs, tennis courts, poolside bar and snack bar and of course, the beach. Saida Towers is a private, gated community and within walking distance of many shops, restaurants.

Monthly rentals are required to arrive on the 1st day of the month.

60 night minimum rental required for January and February. Stays of 30 nights or longer are exempt from occupancy tax.

Please note, wristbands are required for guests ages 10-32 and must be worn during Spring Break and Holy Week (semana santa). purchased up arrival. The cost is $33 per wristband and is good for entire stay. This price includes tax

Getting around

there is shuttle service from both the Harlingen and Brownsville Airports. South Padre Island has a free transportation service called the Island Metro. The stop for the Island Metro is right outside our complex.

Once you make you reservation will will have access to my mobile phone and email. Check in is handled by our property managers 24 hour guest welcome. This is where you will arrive first to receive the electronic door code as well as the parking permit(s). They have an awesome brochure rack full of great ideas for restaurants and activities.

“Condo had roaches”

I was very satisfied with South Padre Rentals but we saw a few roaches and the condo had no broom, dust pan, or working vacuum. I'll pay more money next time to stay somewhere nicer and more clea… More

Response from the owner Christian, I am embarrassed to hear of the issues you experienced during your stay. I know how important a clean condo is for me when I travel and I want to provide that level of service to our guests. When the housekeeper cleans the condo she takes her own vacuum, and I assume that is why the vacuum in the condo was not checked to make sure it worked. If you return to Padre Island Rentals please do not hesitate to call, our 24 hour front desk is here to assist you with any needed items or issues. I wish I could have been informed during your stay of these issues, I would have been right over with the needed supplies and sprayed the condo for bugs. I hope you and your family were still able to enjoy the beautiful South Padre Island beach and everything we have to offer.
