➡ 1 spacious living room : unwind in the living room equipped with a comfortable sofa and a TV offering over 100 channels.

➡ 1 fully equipped kitchen : Cooking hob, pots, plates, cutlery, microwave, oven, kettle, dishwasher, fridge. It will allow you to prepare delicious meals.

➡ 1 dining room for 8 people, perfect for gathering after a day of discovery

➡ Party Policy : No party organization allowed. Significant fees will be applied in case of non-compliance with this rule. In the event of complaints from neighbors or the police, tenants will be asked to leave the premises immediately, without the possibility of reimbursement. The security deposit will be retained. Please respect the tranquility of the neighborhood. Thank you.

➡ Identity Verification : An identification document with the same name as the reservation will be requested and copied on our phone to prevent fraud.

➡ Children and Babies : Limited to 1 baby (under two years old) free of charge. If you have multiple babies, they will need to be added as "children."

Arrival Day and Supplements :

Entries are generally between 3:00 PM and 8:00 PM and check-outs before 11:00 AM.

Supplements for late arrivals :

- Between 8:00 PM and 10:00 PM: 30 euros supplement.

- After 10:00 PM: 50 euros supplement.

- No entry is possible after 11:00 PM.

Departure Day : Final cleaning is included; we simply ask you to leave the accommodation in an appropriate condition, ensuring to wash the dishes and dispose of all your waste. Thank you.
