Description

The spacious pool-side studio-suite sleeps two people and offers an open-floor plan. (* Please inquire from owners for additional high-end roll out bed to accommodate a third person. The fee to accommodate the third person in the room is $50 USD per night). It is beautifully finished with travertine marble -- floors, bathroom, with granite countertops in the full-size open kitchen and the bath vanity. The studio-suite was owned by the property developer and commands most beautiful views through large sliding door to the pool, travertine stone terrace and one of the pools (heated) and the ocean beyond. It is part of Building 2, situated on top of the ridge above Grace Bay. There is plenty of parking in the back and there is an elevator to the garage underneath the building. There are two beautiful and well maintained pools (the one below the studio is heated) on the two large communal terraces. There is a large jacuzzi in the gazebo with plenty of sitting for parties, kids toys etc. The buildings on top of the ridge are very quiet - as there is no restaurant or bar up here with outside traffic. Thus, the resort is favored by ex-pat professionals and long-term renters, which renders an atmosphere of a well-protected and cared-for home, rather than a loud resort. The restaurants and bars are right below at ocean-level containing all of the bustling night life.

The views from the top of the ridge are magnificent. The commanding position of the studio allows for a quick stroll down to the beaches of Grace Bay, and Turtle Cove marina where you can find the top bars and restaurants on the island.

The La Vista Azul development is very kid-friendly and safe, just as the whole island is.

La Vista Azul is one of the most successful, beautiful and relatively recent developments on the island. It boasts beautifully groomed gardens, exotic travertine stone with multiple fossils embedded in it, a lavishly decorated courtyard with a Spanish fountain, a grand staircase, terraces, and two pools.

In 2015 Providenciales ("Provo" for short) was voted as Best Island in the World by TripAdvisor.

You can walk to multiple restaurants from the resort - within 5-10 min walk The nearest access to the beach is a short 5 min walk It is best to rent a car for grocery shopping, getting to all different beaches on the island - all beaches in Turks and Caicos are public.

We have a local manager on site. Her office is located on the ground floor of the resort. She is available to answer your questions and help you during work ours 9 am - 5 pm Monday through Friday.

If Long (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
