Relax and take in the unobstructed GULF FRONT views of Destin, Florida! Unit 604 is centrally located on the very top floor directly facing the beautiful Destin beaches.

This unit boasts INCREDIBLE amenities including:

-65" Curved 4k UHD Samsung SMART TV (w/ flat screens mounted in every room)

- $50,000+ in kitchen and bathroom renovations with completely new cabinets & appliances

- All brand new furniture including Tommy Bahama sectional & Thomasville Mahogany dining room table adorned w/ crystal candle holders.

- Full butler's pantry/Wine bar

This 1,362 sq. ft. GULF FRONT condo is centrally located on the very top floor (7th story) at Inlet Reef Club on Holiday Isle in Destin, Florida. Inlet Reef in located directly on 1,100 ft of private deeded beach.

Unit #604 has been totally remodeled from top to bottom w/ a completely uniquely redesigned kitchen!

The condo boasts an open design concept anchored in rich Southwest Indies furniture and décor.

The large open-design kitchen has granite counter tops, all new stainless steel appliances, new solid-wood cabinets w/ easy-close hinges, a fully stocked kitchen to include everything from pots, pans, utensils, spices rack, etc. Dine atop the elegant Thomasville mahogany table w/ seating for up to eight guests.

The living area has a 65" Curved 4k UHD Samsung SMART TV and a large Tommy Bahama sectional sofa can even sleep up to two people (or three small children). Extra sheets are provided in the master closet. This condo is a two bedroom unit that can comfortably sleep up to six people.

The master bedroom boasts a full set of hardwood furniture w/ new king-sized bed and new Serta mattress. A large 49' Vizio rests on the wall at the foot of the bed. The Master bedroom has its own ensuite bathroom. The Master ensuite bathroom has been compeltely remodeled to include modern vessel sinks, built-in vanity counter, and privacy door separating the showering and vanity area.

The guest room is furnished with 2 full-sized beds (sleeps up to 4) with new Serta mattresses and chest of drawers with its own bathroom. Atop the chest of drawers is a 32' Vizio TV mounted on the wall. The guest room has a semi-private full bathroom.

Inlet Reef Club has a communal heated pool, hot/dry sauna, two tennis courts, recently remodeled exercise room, and is located directly on the beautiful white-sand beaches of Destin, Florida.

We stayed at this beautiful condo for my husbands birthday. It was absolutely perfect! From the space kitchen, and beach views. We’re definitely booking this condo next year.

Loved the view and the location couldn’t have been better! Just a few steps to a private beach. Weather could not have been better! Got a kick out of the tech gadgets! The condo itself made us feel special! Definitely a retreat from our “real world “ ! First rate!!!! You’ll love it!

The area was beautiful and I felt completely safe for me and my children. The beach was serene....not over crowded, soft manicured sand, and the water was warm enough to swim in. The pool at this complex was heated and kept at the perfect temp and the hot tub was actually hot. My only small complaint is that I wish the hot tub would have been cleaned out regularly because quite a bit of sand from the beach seemed to collect in it. There was plenty of seating around the pool with umbrellas if you wanted shade. A short drive took us to just about any kind of entertainment we were looking for...any kind of water sport, shopping, variety of restaurants, golf, movies, go carts, etc. The condo itself was lovely and comfortable. It felt like home and met every one of our needs and beyond. The owner was very responsive and easy to contact.. The only small issue that was a tiny bit disappointing is that there was no water pressure in the showers. It was a little more than a dribble, but it certainly did not wreck our vacation nor would it stop me from booking this condo again. It was a truly amazing vacation for myself, my husband, out two 18 year olds, mad our 16 year old.
