Questa moderna County House "I FAGGI", composta da due sole unità abitative, si trova a LEVO, frazione collinare di Stresa, a 650 mt. slm.
Dista dal centro di STRESA e dall'imbarco battelli, circa 6 Km. (auto necessaria). Nasce dalla recentissima ristrutturazione (anno 2015) di un vecchio cascinale risalente alla fine del 1800, molto curata nella struttura, nelle finiture e negli arredi.
La proprietà, in zona molto tranquilla e rilassante, con splendida vista a perdita d'occhio su lago e monti, è immersa nel verde tra alberi di faggio e castagno.,
L'unità abitativa a disposizione degli ospiti, si trova al primo piano, con ingresso indipendente, cui si accede attraverso balcone e terrazzo coperti, con imponente tetto in legno a vista ed è composta da:
ingresso su soggiorno/living (con comodo divano letto ad una piazza e mezza) e zona cucina completamente accessoriata con vista lago, disimpegno, locale ipostiglio con lavatrice, luminosa camera da letto matrimoniale con vista lago e bagno munito di finestra con grande lavabo, wc, bidet ed ampia doccia, per una superficie totale di mq. 55 a cui si deve aggiungere il grande terrazzo in legno coperto di mq. 25, attrezzato con tavolo e sedie, il tutto fronte lago.
A disposizione degli ospiti anche un angolo merende con barbecue in muratura e lavabo in pietra, attrezzato con tavolo e panche in sasso, all'ombra di un magnifico faggio secolare.
Include inoltre WI-FI gratuito e Parcheggio Privato gratuito a pochi metri dall'ingresso della proprietà.
La strada di accesso carraio che scende dalla via principale al parcheggio privato, non è asfaltata ed in moderata pendenza , così come la strada pedonale che dal parcheggio porta all'ingresso della proprietà (lunga ml. 25) solo pedonale.
DA NOTARE: sopra la casa passa caratteristica e silenziosa FUNIVIA Alpino-Stresa-Mottarone. Per ulteriori informazioni ed orari consultare il sito stresa-mottarone . it
