This charming chalet has it all - a convenient location with a genuine Tahoe feel. The chalet is close to a wide range of attractions, including Heavenly Ski Resort (2.9 miles), South Lake Tahoe restaurants (2.2 miles), casinos (3.8 miles), Stateline, Lake Tahoe beaches (3.2 miles), marinas, dining, entertainment and much more! With a mountain view, Forest Service land, and a creek running through the back of the property, this chalet gives you a get-away-from-it-all feel. Plus the perfect hill for sledding is right in the backyard for the young ones. And there is a trail adjacent to the backyard that is perfect for hikes, mountain biking, cross-county skiing, or snowshoeing.

This cozy retreat includes a hot tub, fireplace, wireless internet, Dish TV service with a Sports Package, a wall-mounted 42-inch HD TV in the living room with DVD player and Netflix, an HD TV and DVD player in the master bedroom, brand new leather couch in the living room, and a warm, tasteful décor.

This two-story home has five bedrooms and three bathrooms. Our parking permit allows four cars in the driveway and two in the street.

The first floor kitchen has all the appliances. There is plenty of counter space for preparing large meals. The kitchen provides bar space with seating and is adjacent to the dining area, which has a table seating eight. The living room has a fireplace and two couches to allow everyone to enjoy the après ski experience. Also on the first floor are two bedrooms, and a full bathroom with a washer and dryer.

The large first floor deck wraps around the back of the house with a fantastic view of the surrounding forest and mountains. Sit on the deck chairs around the fire pit or enjoy the hot tub, perfect after a long day on the slopes. Cook a meal on the gas grill and enjoy it at the picnic table.

On the second floor, there are three bedrooms, including the master bedroom with a private bathroom and a private deck, and another bathroom.

This house is permitted to sleep up to ten (10) people. Children 5 and under do not count against the limit.

Bedroom #1 downstairs has Queen bed (sleeps 2).

Bedroom #2 downstairs has a full-over-full bunk bed (sleeps 2-4).

Bedroom #3, the master bedroom upstairs, has a King (sleeps 2).

Bedroom #4, upstairs, has a Queen (sleeps 2).

Bedroom #5, upstairs, has two singles (sleeps 2).

The living room has a blue couch (sleeps 1).

The living room has a brown couch (sleeps 1-2).

There is a folding queen foam mattress (sleeps 1-2).

While the house is surrounded by forest in the back and on one side, we do have neighbors on the other side and across the street. They do not like noise. If you want to have a crazy, loud party (and when I was young, that's was the way I liked it), for your sake and ours, please don't book this house.
