This is a newly-remodeled 6-bedroom, 4-bath cabin. It is a perfect for family reunions, church retreats, birthdays or simply weekend getaway with your BFF.

1. The Huge Game Room has it all. Full bar table under a hut with 5 bar stool armchairs, pool table with ping-pong table top, large Sony LCD TV, two large LG Smart TVs for Hulu, Netflix, Amazon/YouTube videos, 2-player basketball shooting game that both kids and adults will love, many board games, dart board, casino games, poker cards, raffling tickets and etc. Turn on the disco-light Bluetooth speaker. Relax in brand new full body massage chair, or exercise on the Elliptical Bike.

2. 3D Movie Theater Room. Sit and relax on one of the four leather bean chairs and enjoy watching 3D Blu-ray HD movies, like Jurassic World 3D or playing Xbox games on the 100" motorized projector screen. You'll be amazed with the video and sound!

The street is also on a quiet quarter mile long cul-de-sac and it's very safe for kids to play in the street. Arrowhead Lake Association recently changed the rules and they don't allow short term renters to use owner’s pass to access the private beaches. But you can go to the Village by the lake to enjoy the lake scenery, take a boat tour or have a water ski lesson next to the Village.

8. Fun! Fun! Fun! Snow sledding on the quarter mile long cul-de-sac street (see photos). Snow sleds are provided for guests when weather permitted.

Skypark at Santa’s Village is just about 5 miles/10 minutes driving from the cabin, up along the rim of the mountain, and was apparently the world’s first franchised amusement park, opening just months before Disneyland back in 1955 and remained open until 1998. It just re-opened after 20 years during 2016-17 holiday season.

10. Amazing tourist attractions, shops and restaurant. Lake Arrowhead Village is nestled in the beauty of the woods, having the charm of Swiss chalets, while offering a variety of modern amenities. The Village houses an assortment of quaint specialty shops, as well as outlet stores such as: Jockey, Bass, Famous Footwear and Coach, among others. In addition, there are numerous convenience stores and restaurants, such as Stater Bros, dry cleaners, flowers, post office, etc.

1. No loud noise or music are allowed. If we receive ANY complaints from the neighbors, you will be asked to leave.

2. Only paid guests are allowed in the cabin. No pets and no smoking are allowed inside the cabin.

3. You can park 2 cars on driveway and 1 car behind (like π shape). There could be $500 citation from the county if car is not parked in the designated parking area.

IMPORTANT: If any of house rules are broken, you will forfeit security deposit without reimbursement.
