The villa on a hillside with breathtaking views over the deep blue Aegean Sea and the picturesque village of Lindos has a living room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 2 baths on 2 floors and a private swimming pool. The spacious living room (about 28 square meters) is comfortable and tastefully decorated with bright Italian leather furniture, table, Wifi, satellite TV / DVD, and fireplace. The modern kitchen is fully equipped. A marble staircase leads to the upper floor with 1 bedroom: this has a double bed and balcony, Bedroom 2 has two single beds. Both bedrooms are equipped with bedside tables and built-in closets. The high-quality bathroom with bath / shower (slip mat), porcelain sink / wall mirror / toilet as well as a guest toilet on the ground floor are fully tiled. A large garden and pool area overlooking the blue-flag-rated Aegean coastline guarantee the ideal location for your holiday needs. Privacy is assured, making these villas perfect for couples or families. The modern garden furniture and sun loungers in the pool area can be placed as desired.
