Beautiful, luxury downstairs apt in 2 story house. 1 min walk to beach, dive shops & restaurants. In heart of Roatan dive community. Fully furnished, granite counter tops, full size refrigerator & stove/oven, stainless steel appliances, dishes, etc. Huge, fully tiled custom bathroom & walk in shower. All linens, bath towels & beach towels furnished. Gated property, security window bars. SHARED parking space with neighbor (check availability before renting a car). PAID parking close by. ALL bills included, a rarity for Rotan rentals!! AC, WIFI, Cable, Free Laundry supplies & washer access. FREE bottled drinking water. Rooftop deck available seasonally.

Getting around

No need to rent a car - we don't own one & we live here full time in the upstairs apt. Taxi's are cheap & plentiful - the main transport. Island is only 40 miles x 3 mile. West End is truly a "walkable" community. If you rent a car - we share a parking area with our neighbors, so ask availability before renting. Paid parking is always available & a short walk away.

Interaction with guest

We live upstairs & are always available for help or questions. However, we know you value your privacy & do not hover. We will meet you at the apt with the keys & a short tour & then --- go out & have a great time. Children are welcome. No pets. Guests are expected to keep unit reasonably clean - supplies & equip is provided.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I make changes to my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your booking page. To change your dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Bonnie (the owner) a message.

If Bonnie (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
