Description

A newly redecorate and carpeted 3 bed Detached bungalow on the outskirts of Penzance .the bungalow is used as a family home for a majority of the year so it does have a lived in feel and quite a few extras. Outside there are three patio areas , a garden and a stone chipped seating area with parking for 2 cars on a gated driveway

.Inside you have three bedrooms:

One double, one twin and one triple laid out as a double with a single bunk above. a family bathroom with deluge shower . lounge ,conservatory/dining room and a separate kitchen.

There is also a washroom situated outside which houses the washing machine and tumble dryer and also has some storage for bikes etc if needed.

With only 1/2 mile from Mounts bay featuring St. Michaels Mount you will be excellently situated .

The property is one minute from the main A30 .

Lands End, Porthcurno, Mousehole and St.Ives are all within a 10 minute drive as are moorlands and old Tin mines that were featured in Poldark.

There are surfing beaches all around you and the Eden project is only a short drive . There is also a ferry link to the beautiful Isles of Scilly based in Penzance the "scillonian"runs daytrips to the islands .the nearest airport is newquay and Penzance has a main trainline to London and the north.
