Wrapped with beautiful views of the ocean and majestic Pico mountain, come home for a relaxing holiday. The Miradouro da Papalva guest house is family run and operated with a staff that makes you feel like family.

From your suite while relaxing, perhaps reading a book or sipping a glass of local wine, you can enjoy the view of the ocean or Pico mountain, at night you can see the local fisherman fishing by lantern light in their boats.

The beds on our suites come with memory foam pads and memory foam pillows for your comfort

IF you wish to enjoy your stay in Pico, a car is recommended as our public transportation is not very frequent. However if you do not wish to have a car is still possible to enjoy some of the beauties of Pico.

I enjoy speaking to our guests and supplying them with any information required as well a booking any activities such as mountain climbing, Whale watching, Lava cave expedition or whatever is required to make your visit to Pico a memorable one

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If HELENA (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
