Luxury accommodation for up to 12 people from a barn conversion in the Suffolk countryside.

Four properties in one makes it perfect for multi-generational friend or family groups who want to spend time together but need their own private space. All at ground level, this barn is ideal for young and old alike.

Get away from it all to this oasis in the countryside. For every bedroom there is a bathroom. The super-king sized beds with sumptuous Egyptian cotton bedding will help you switch off and relax. Underfloor heating makes for an ideal short-break or weekly getaway through the winter and summer months.

Oasis been converted from a single building dating back some 200 years into the following five individual barns:

• 'Partridge': Barn that sleeps 2

• 'Pheasant': Barn that sleeps 2 (with private garden)

• 'Moorhen': 2 bedroom Barn that sleeps 4 (with private garden)

• 'Kingfisher': 2 bedroom Barn that sleeps 4 (with private garden)

• 'Oasis Barn': Large function/games room for social gatherings with table and chairs for 14, plus slate bed Pool table, Foosball, X-Box, board games and dvds.

All of the bedrooms can be configured as super-king size doubles or twins to suit your requirements and bookings can be taken on each individual barn as well as the whole property.

Kitchens are fully equipped including a Nespresso machine with coffee. We also offer an extensive welcome basket to all our guests.

Parents should be aware there is a deep natural pond within the communal gardens that are shared by all the barns at Oasis.

Monday-Friday (off peak) - 4 nights for the price of 3.

Friday/Monday change over during peak season but flexible off-peak.

Being in a remote location it is advisable to have a car to get to the local sights. Or bring a bike and explore the country lanes.

Upon arrival you will find your barn unlocked with keys inside the lock. We live next door and will leave you in peace to enjoy your holiday, but we are only ever a phone call, text, email or knock-on-the-door away should you have any questions at all.

Guests booking on-line must agree to terms/conditions in the Rental agreement.

Pets must never be left unattended in barns.
No hire of equipment (E.G. Hot tubs, bouncy castles) without prior agreement.
Guests must leave barns by 10:00am on departure date and leave them in a clean and tidy state.

A lovely stay, very quiet with tranquil views. All you need including washing machines and washing tablets etc. Beautiful basket of toiletries and a superb bag of delicious goodies. What a treat! A little lacking in places to put own items in bathroom and there was an issue with fusing irons but I'm sure they will be replaced. Lovely big games room with fridge freezer but tricky carrying meals via outside to large table (especially in the rain!)
