Bayhouse is an exclusive private dwelling located near Crisfield, Maryland. It is part of the Kingsbay Mansion Estate and sits on the shores of Coulbourne Creek at the mouth of Tangier Sound on the Chesapeake Bay.

This five-bedroom residence contains a cherry paneled great room with large flat-screen television and bookcases stocked with a smart collection of DVDs and paperbacks for poolside summer reading. Plush English leather sofa recliners offer even more sleeping possibilities. A large dining table that seats 10 stands at attention in the center of the room to accommodate family meals or games on rainy afternoons.

Just off the great room is the large bar with built-in coolers, wet bar, dishwasher and mirrored shelves complete with a variety of glassware. Its dark textured paneling is reminiscent of the pubs of England and Ireland. A full kitchen is just off the hallway that leads to the upstairs bedrooms and baths. The kitchen has a full stove with five burner cook top, convection oven and overhead microwave. The sink has a built-in dishwasher which stands next to the refrigerator and pantry. The cupboards are stocked with sixteen place settings of dinner and glassware as well as a full set of cookware and utensils.

Bayhouse boasts a master bedroom with its own private en suite bath with shower/tub combination and four additional bedrooms with built-in drawers and closets. A second full bath is situated at the end of the hallway. For the convenience of vacation living, the third bath is separated into powder room and shower room.

The real magic of Bayhouse is located just off the full patio that faces the water. You can sun and swim in the mansion’s Grecian pool with fountain, lounge on its blue slate decks or cool in the shade at the outdoor bar while dinner cooks on the stainless steel barbecue.

The added value to this amazing retreat is the deep-water dock waiting to host your Jet skis, boat, canoe or kayak. It’s also perfect for crabbing, fishing or a romantic sunset with that special person. The Bayhouse is available year round, so whether it’s winter hunting, holiday getaways or summers in the sun, Bayhouse is one of a kind that beckons you to visit and relax!
