Description

This 2nd floor three bedroom, two bath condo invites you to wrap yourself in the distinctive beach life of Topsail Island. As you move from the front door into the living room you are drawn to the large glass sliding doors and to the ocean and the soft sand, shell-dotted beach beyond. Relax in rocking chairs on the deck overlooking the dune and beach.

Dedicated beach access from your building takes you to sand and surf, or enjoy the swimming pool and clubhouse that are included in your Queen's Grant experience, as well as access to the marina and the Inter-Coastal Waterway.

Enjoy the view, calm and comfort of the living room with its large flat screen TV, DVD / VCR player; discs, books, and puzzles provided for your entertainment. The dining table for 6 sits between the living room and newly refurbished kitchen with range, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, expansive storage, granite tops and breakfast bar.

The master bedroom includes a queen bed, flat screen TV, access to the ocean-side deck and its own bathroom. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms contain a pair of twin beds and queen bed respectively. All bedrooms include large closets and the 3rd bedroom includes a TV/DVD combo and special view of the sunset over the ICW. A laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer complete this special unit.

Don’t forget your linens! Unless otherwise indicated, linens are not provided during your stay. You are welcome to bring your own linens or we provide a linens rental service for your convenience.

Also, our vacation homes do not have many of the consumable items in stock for guest use (i.e. toilet paper, paper towels, soap, etc.). Once you book your vacation, we’ll provide you with a list of items that you may want to consider bringing with you on your vacation.

**Cancellation: Any cancellation of a confirmed reservation must be made in writing by Guest. Reservation payments are not reimbursable unless the property can be re-rented for the same rate and time period. Every effort will be made to re-book the property. If property is re-rented, Guest will receive reimbursement of payments made less nonrefundable reservation fee, cancellation fee (varies by property), and third-party fees (travel insurance, security deposit alternative, insurance, convenience fee, etc.). Insurance fees shall not be reimbursed unless the Agent is reimbursed by the issuing insurance company.

**Check In Day: ?Check-in ??begin?s??? at ?4:00 ?PM on the day of your scheduled arrival. As soon as we are notified your rental is ready for check in, we will give you a courtesy call on the cell phone number that you provided above and we will send your check in instructions via email. All homes must be cleaned and inspected before we are allowed to issue keys or passes. Please note: keys? or door codes? will NOT be given to anyone under the age of 25 or to anyone who is not named on the reservation. If you need to authorize someone other than yourself to pick up keys or receive a door code email, please notify our office prior to your arrival date.

**Early check-ins and Late check-outs must be pre-approved and are not allowed if there is a reservation checking out the same day another reservation is checking in. You may contact us the week of your arrival to determine if there is any availability to add an early check in or late check out. There is a fee associated with early check ins and late check outs.

?**After Hours Check Ins are available for anyone scheduled to arrive after 5pm or on Sunday when our offices are closed. Please notify us as soon as you are aware you will need an After Hours Check In.
