Description

Brand new apartment (2014 construction), 40 square meters in country environment with spectacular panoramic view to city of Hermoupolis Syros and to Aegean Sea. Apartment is fully equipped (refrigerator, electric cooker, dish-washer, washing machine, TV, microwave oven, ecological fire-place with bio-fuel) supporting full accommodation summer or winter period.

The apartment consists of one master bedroom (double queen size bed with full anatomic layer), one unified space (kitchen and living room) and a bathroom. In the unified room there is a sofa (transformed to one bed able to accommodate 2 adults). Kitchen is fully equipped (cooking utensils) so you can easily stay at home and make your own lovely meals. Bathroom equipped with toilet and shower enclosure. There are also a lot of wardrobes, cupboards and outdoor storage rooms. Air conditions in both rooms and solar/electric heater. There is also closed parking place, outdoor furniture and internet access. The apartment shared a 4200 square meters farm with the adjoining maisonette where the lovely couple of the owners live eager anytime to support your accommodation. The biggest advantage of the apartment is the spectacular panoramic view from its comfortable verandas in combination with the relaxing atmosphere and isolated place being simultaneously only 3.5 Km from the capital of the island. There is access to all the island’s beaches by car in 3 to 15 minutes and Hermoupolis’ marina is only 500 metres far. Even, a small solitary beach is found at 6 minutes walk from the house.
