LE ROUMEGOU est un spacieux appartement de 3 pièces dans une ancienne ferme viticole entièrement restaurée, aux prestations de qualité, ouvert sur une terrasse ombragée, exposition sud, grand domaine arboré (pins parasols, oliviers centenaires, chênes...), idéal pour enfants.

Notre ferme dispose de 2 appartements cote à cote destinés à la location saisonnière et bénéficiant des même prestations.

l'autre appartement "LES BOUTINELLES" possède un living ouvert sur la terrasse, cuisine américaine , 2 chambres et 2 salles de bain.

* POSSIBILITE DE LOUER les 2 APPARTEMENTS (4 chambres, 3 salles de bain) côte à côte pour une grande famille ou des amis souhaitant se retrouver pour partager des moments agréables et de beaux souvenirs de vacances tout en cherchant une certaine indépendance.*

* Proche de toutes les commodités, possibilité de rejoindre le village de Ramatuelle à pied en 15 mn pour flâner dans les ruelles typiques de notre village ou bien faire le marché le dimanche et le jeudi

* Situé à 2 km de la plage de l'Escalet et de ses criques, et à 10 mn de la mythique plage de Pampelonne.

* A 10 mn en voiture de Saint Tropez sans les embouteillages.

* Point de départ de nombreuses visites dans les alentours, (villages typiques du var, domaines côtes de provence, sentiers du littoral...)

EXCEPTIONNELLEMENT CET ETE :

En raison des mesures sanitaires recommandées par le ministère du tourisme, dues à l’épidémie de covid 19, dans un soucis de protection réciproque nous disposons sur les lits des protections jetables, nous fournissons du gel hydroalcoolique, un spray de désinfection, quelques masques, mais nous ne fournissons plus cet été le linge de maison.

Nous demandons donc aux locataires dans la mesure du possible : D’APPORTER LEUR LINGE DE LIT ET SERVIETTES DE TOILETTE

Notre appartement offre un charme unique de par l'authenticité de cette ferme , l'emplacement et le jardin . Nous souhaitons que nos clients respectent les meubles et les équipements , notre quartier et le jardin . avec un point particulier concernant nos amis chats et chiens qui apprécient le jardin , en effet nous vous demandons de bien vouloir faire en sorte de ne pas laisser quelque uns de leurs souvenirs dans le jardin..., également par respect pour les locataires suivants.

“una piacevole settimana”

nella pace delle colline di Ramatuelle, circondata da ulivi e immersa in un parco di migliaia di mq, a pochi km dalla spiaggia di Pampelone , la casa ci ha accolti per una splendida vacanza Anche il nostro border collie Brandy si è trovata benissimo!!! Da ritornare l'anno prossimo!

Good location a few minutes from Ramatuelle with peaceful garden and terrace. Very clean with everything we needed provided. Good beaches and restaurants nearby. Great coastal walks too. Recommended.
