New fully furnished apartment situated on the best location in Podgorica on the bank of Morača river, just a short walk to the City Centre. It’s very bright, immaculately clean and tidy. Consists out of an open space living room, fully fitted kitchen and the bathroom. Apartment is on the 1st floor out of 6 with a view on Morača river.
The building has sophisticated systems against fire, 24h security cameras, emergency and sensor lights, modern lift, electronic key to enter the building… High security underground garage with a lift to the apartment, with security cameras, sensor lights etc. To enter to the garage the guest will get a card for the ramp, the beeper for the gate with sensors and the code for the intercom. Please note that the garage has to be reserved in advance.
Several commercials are filmed in our apartments, one of them is Projekat 1000+ stanova the project of the Government of Montenegro and Development Bank of the Council of Europe.
Except this apartment we have other apartments in the same building and many others in Podgorica on the best location Preko Morače and the City Center. Apartments can be rented for short or long term.
