A truly exquisite condo, St Regis 2408 is a perfect choice for a small group looking for luxury, high-caliber style, and ultimate relaxation. Located on the fourth floor of the 2nd building at the St Regis Resort, you will have one of the best views of the shoreline and ocean. Warm tasteful colors, granite accents, and premium provisions ensure optimal comfort. The living and dining area have been decorated with style, grace and comfort. You will find ample seating in the living area with the beautiful sectional sofa and side chair that accents the uniqueness of this home. The dining area with a large table and seating for 6 is in itself a beauty. In the kitchen you will find all you need to prepare that evening meal for your family. Stainless steel side-by-side refrigerator, stove and dishwasher are the necessities. But the granite counter top, open cooking area, soft close cabinets and drawers will make you smile as you begin your meal. Of course, as you are preparing your dinner, you just may find yourself staying in the kitchen longer than you would expect as the view of the ocean is magnificent. The Master Bedroom offers a Queen size Bed, TV, a private bathroom with a beautifully tiled walk-in shower with glass doors. You also will enjoy your private balcony access so you can enjoy those beautiful views as soon as you wake up. Bedroom 2 is also a queen with warm blue color and a view of both the ocean and the pool along with private balcony access. Bedroom 3 is a full bed and is a beautiful coral color with beachy accents. There is also a balcony access from this room with ocean and pool views. There is a hall bathroom that is absolutely gorgeous. The walk-in shower is also tiled with glass doors. The cabinet with the granite counter top is truly an amazing piece of artwork. The condo has a full size washer and dryer with ample storage cabinets for your needed laundry supplies. A DVD collection, games and beach accessories are also available for your enjoyment while staying in this beautiful condo. The St. Regis Resort is a popular destination for vacationers and homeowners on Topsail Island. Recreational areas include a tennis court, basketball court, volleyball area, corn hole games, and playground. A fitness center and sauna are also available for working out and winding down. An outdoor pool is provided for guests who want a break from the beach. Oceans Edge Restaurant is a wonderful restaurant that is located on the 7th floor of Building 2 at St Regis. There is a poolside snack bar available in the summer and beach equipment rental during the summer season.
