Beautiful Self Catering 3 bedroom Villa with stunning views of the surrounding sea and mountains in wonderful Nerja, Costa del Sol, Southern Spain.

This Holiday Villa is an ideal family accommodation for 6 -8 persons at an affordable price. It is within 600 meters from Playazo beach and within walking distance of all the lovely beaches and Restaurants that Nerja has on offer.

Nerja has a wonderful ideal all year round climate. Actually - It is the best in Europe with a unique micro climate. On average, Nerja can expect about 300 days per year to be sunny and virtually cloudless with pleasant summer days as well as high average winter temperatures. Yet, in wintertime it´s only a 90 minute drive to the excellent Sierra Nevada Ski area.

This beautiful moorish style 3 bedroom villa is on the wonderful and quiet Casablanca urbanization. The accommodation is on 3 levels with 3 south facing terraces, one with garden furniture and BBQ, one with sunbeds and this beautiful Villa also benefits from a large roof terrace with a lounge sofa. The 360 degree panoramic view of the sea and mountains is astonishing.

The villa has a fully equipped kitchen with everything you would need for a short or long term stay including washing machine, fridge /freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave and electric cooker. The villa has a large living room with a dining area and relax area with log burner and satellite TV.

In addition, the villa boasts three spacious bedrooms and two tiled bathrooms with bathtubs. (Bedroom 1 has a queen size bed, bedroom 2 has two single beds, bedroom 3 has 2 sofa beds, each expandable to queen size.) Bedroom 1 has its own private terrace with sunbeds.

For guests with small children the villa is equipped with a high chair and a stroller.

The urbanization has a fabulous community pool merely a 50 meters walk from the property. This pool, open from May to October, is solely for the residents of this small urbanization and is therefore never crowded.

All linen and towels (except beach towels) are provided and the villa is equipped with washing machine. If you hire a car, parking is available right outside the property. Car hire, scooter hire and airport pickup can be arranged.

The villa overlooks the Playa Playazo which is only approx. 600 meters away where you can go for a stroll and discover a number of chiringuitos and sample the delights of the Spanish cuisine and the wonderful, but yet inexpensive, local vino. This is a beautiful 20 minute stroll along the water edge whilst soaking up the fantastic Costa del Sol sun.

Playa Playazo links directly to the beautiful Playa Torrecilla and Nerja town. Nerja has numerous amenities, restaurants, shops and the world famous Balcon De Europa.

Golf is abundant on the Costa Del Sol and within 15 minutes’ drive from the Villa is one of the many Golf Courses the Costa Del sol is famous for Bavaria Golf

About one and a half hours drive away is the historic city of Granada with its beautiful and famous Alhambra Palace, well worth a visit.

Just 5k away is the old white washed mountain village of Frigliana, a great place to walk amidst a national monument and have lunch in one of the many typical bars and cafes whilst enjoying views over the mountains down to Nerja and the sea.

Nerja has activities for all times of the year. The seven beaches, range from small quiet coves to larger ones with family restaurants. These have provision for fun activities including pedalos, windsurfing, paragliding and scuba diving. There are tennis courts, petanqua courts, and an indoor swimming pool and sports centre, all open to the public. Nerja also boasts a theatre and cinema featuring entertainment in both English and Spanish languages. About 20 minutes’ drive away is an Aqua Park open during summer months. Nerja and other surrounding villages have several fiestas during the year, most culminating in a colourful display of flamenco dancing in the street or one of the old village squares.

The bus into town takes a few minutes and stops within close proximity of the property. Taxis into town cost about 7 Euros.

This is a large tastefully furnished property located at the Casa Blanca urbanization. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay, clean & well maintained. We had a fab time and would definitely return. The property is approx 30 mins walk from the town centre or you can use the regular bus service from the main road for 1 euro. The property is positioned on a fairly steep hill so not for the faint hearted if you don't have a car. This wasn't a problem for us as we like a bit of exercise. The position was perfect for fantastic views all round. Truly lovely...
